School

There is nothing worse then getting up at six thirty AM, five days a week, for six hours, just to go to school. Some subjects in school you'll need in life some you won't. For instance, English and History. You need both of those subjects because first of all, English your learning your own language and how to improve and History you need evidence of the past to make things for the future.

My first year of high school, well, it wasn't so bad, but it was a new adventure. The first day was really weird. I had to of course, get up at six thirty and get ready, then I went to school and we were the only ones there. All day we had go on a scavenger hunt and find certain teachers to learn where everyone and everything was. I met a lot of nice teachers and most of them were mine. At the end of the day we had a BBQ with our freshman class.

Day two of my freshman year was fairly scary. We had the freshman, sophmores, juniors, and the seniors. It was the scariest day of my life. Over 1,000 kids on campus and I was just one small little freshman trying to find my way. We were sent to the gym and we had to sit in there till we were dismissed. Our freshman class was of course, the first, so we were booed right away and constantly hearing how much we suck and finally I was in my homeroom which was not near any upperclassman. Finally we were dismissed and it was the scariest walk of my life to Math class in Mr. Davies. I walked in and I saw Taylor and Danielle instantly so I was a little relieved.

Overall, after a week or two everything was better. I knew wear I was going and I only got lost once. I couldn't find my english class but that was the only time I got lost. Now that I'm a sophomore I got the hang of things and I know where I'm going. I think that high school really isn't a bad thing.
